·         A promotion to mark the milestone of the 1,000,000th All Pass activation. Digicel will give one lucky customer the opportunity to win prizes if they are the 1,000,000th customer to activate the All Pass Plan.

  1. How long will this promotion run?

·         The 1,000,000 All Pass Countdown Promotion will run from October 12th until the 1,000,000th subscriber activation has been achieved.

  1. How does this Promotion work?        

·         Customers are invited to activate the All Pass plan for a chance to be the 1,000,000th customer to subscribe to All Pass and be the winner of the prize package.

  1. What are the prizes to be won?

·         The prizes to be won are $1000, A Blackberry Torch and a VIP Pass FREE for one year. 

 

  1. How many winners will there be?          

·         There will be one winner selected for this promotion. This will be the 1,000,000th customer to subscribe to the All Pass plan.

 

  1. How will the winner be notified?

·         The winner will be notified via a phone call to his/her Digicel mobile.

 

  1. What is the All Pass plan?

·         Digicel All Inclusive Day Pass plan allows customers to make 300 minutes local Digicel calls; 100 minutes Digicel Caribbean (excludes Haiti, Antigua and Guyana); and 30 minutes USA, Canada, and UK fixed lines calls for US $2.50.

 

  1. Who is eligible for this promotion?

·         This promotion is only available to Digicel prepaid customers.

 

  1. Are Dual Account subscribers eligible for this promotion?

?  Yes. ALL Digicel prepaid customers including Dual Accounts customers are eligible for the service.

 

?  Note: For Dual Accounts customers the service will automatically be activated on the prepaid side of their account, so they must have credit in their prepaid side for activation. Customer will therefore be required to use the prefix # when dialing the selected destinations.

 

 

  1. How much money should be on the account to activate the plan?

·         The account should have at least the plan cost of US $2.50 in order to activate.

 

  1. How do I activate the promotion?

?  STEPS:

v  Dial *134# SEND to initiate the All Inclusive plan.

v  Once the request is received the customer will receive instructions via text messages as seen below:

Ø  Message 1: Welcome to Digicel Call plans to the USA, Canada, Regional, Jamaica and Local Digicel to Digicel. Instructions to join the plan will follow.”

Ø  Message 2 (Activate Plan):   “To activate plan USA_Canada dial *134*10#. To activate plan. Jamaica dial *134*60#. To activate plan All Inclusive Day Pass Dial *134*70#"

Ø  Message 3 (Confirm Acceptance):   To confirm activation of All Inclusive Day Pass plan for $2.50 (excludes Haiti, Antigua and Guyana) please enter *134*1#. To Cancel enter *134*9#.

v  Once the activation is complete, a final confirmation text message is sent advising the customer that the plan is now active.

  1. When does the All Pass Plan become available?

?  The plan has been available since Thursday July 22, 2010.

 

  1. How long will the plan be available?

?  This plan does not have an end date. However, Digicel reserves the right to enable an end date. Customers will be advised of any changes to the product.

 

 

  1. Do I need to activate the plan at a specific time of day?

·         No. The plan can be activated at any time, as the 24 hours will begin from the date and time of activation.

 

15.            Can I activate multiple All Inclusive Day Pass plans simultaneously?

·          No. Only one (1) All Inclusive Day Pass plan can be activated at a time.

 

  1. Who will choose the winners?

Digicel’s marketing team will be responsible for contacting the winner and informing them of how to claim their prize.
