?  The Data bundle Packages allow's Digicel Prepaid customers with non Blackberry smartphones to purchase data bundles for a set price.  

2.   How does the Data Bundle work?

?  Customers will be required to OPT IN by texting*135# SND. The customer will receive the following message:

?  To activate plan data bundle 7 at a cost of $5.00 USD dial *135*10#. To Activate plan data bundle 30 at a cost of $19.99 Dial *135*30#.

?  Please confirm activation of data bundle 30 by dialing *135*1#. To cancel dial *135*9#

?  Thank you for joining data bundle xxx, for xxx days starting at xxx time. You can now browse from your data bundle after 5 minutes. To check your balance dial *120*9# 

3.   Who is eligible to enter this promotion?

?  All prepaid customers that have a non Blackberry smartphone are eligible to purchase the data bundle package plan.

·         The $5 bundles comes with  200MB for 7 days.

·         The $19.99 bundle comes with 1.5 GB for one month

6.   Is there a limit on the amount of data we can use per day?

·         No there is no cap on the data usage per day

7.   Does the Data bundles auto renew?

?    No. An auto renewal feature is not associated with this plan.

8.   Is there a cut off time for this promotion?

9.    What are the costs for each package?

?  Data Bundle 7 days $5.00. 

?  Data Bundle 30 days $19.99.

10.        What is the code used to cancel the data bundle Activation?

?  To cancel data bundle activation dial *135*9#.

11.         What if I activate the plan and my phone won’t browse?

·         This could be due to settings on your handset. You will need to visit a Digicel store for assistance

12.        How often am I allowed to activate the plan?

?  Customers will be able to activate data bundles for 7days or 30 days, and they will have the option to renew the plan when the plan expires for an additional period.

13.         Are Digicel Staff members allowed to activate the data bundle?

?  Yes. Digicel Staff members are allowed to participate in this promotion.
