1.   What is the free 5MB prepaid Data Bundle package?

?  The free 5MB Data bundle Package gives Digicel Prepaid customers with non blackberry smartphones 5MB free data per day.  

 

2.   How does the Data Bundle work?

?  Customers will be required to OPT IN by texting*135# SND. The customer will receive the following message:

?  To activate the Free 5MB data bundle plan dial *135*40#.

?  To activate data bundle 7 at a cost of $5.00 USD dial *135*10#. To Activate plan data bundle 30 at a cost of $19.99 Dial *135*30#.

?  Please confirm activation of data bundle xx by dialing *135*1#. To cancel dial *135*9#

?  Thank you for joining data bundle xxx, for xxx days starting at xxx time. You can now browse from your data bundle after 5 minutes.

 

3.   Who is eligible to enter this promotion?

?  All prepaid customers who have a non blackberry smartphone are eligible to access the free 5MB prepaid data.

 

 

 

 

4.   How do I activate the data bundle?

?  You join the free 5MB free data plan by entering the code *135# SND and then selecting the option for the free 5 MB data plan by dialing *135*40#. The  Customer will then be asked to confirm activation of the plan.

 

5.   After I have used up my 5MB free data will I be charged for data?

·         Yes you will be charged for data once you have exhausted your 5 free MB. The charge is 10cents per MB after the 5 free MB has expired.

 

6.   Will I receive a message notifying me that my 5 free MB of data has been exhausted?

·         No. You will not receive a message notifying you that you have exceeded your 5 free MB of data.

 

7.   Does the Data bundles auto renew?

?    Yes. An auto renewal feature is not associated with this plan.

 

8.   What if I activate the plan and I am unable to browse?

·         This could be due to the settings on your handset. You will need to visit a Digicel Store to have a store clerk provision your phone to browse the internet.

 

9.   Is there a cut off time for this promotion?

?  TBA.

 

10.        What is the code used to cancel the data bundle Activation?

?  To cancel data bundle activation dial *135*9#.

 

11.        How often am I allowed to activate the plan?

?  Customers will be able to activate the free 5MB data plan once per day.

 

 

12.         Are Digicel Staff members allowed to activate the data bundle?

?  Yes. Digicel Staff members are allowed to participate in this promotion.
