  • Is this promotion valid to prepaid customers?
    Yes, this promotion is only available to all Digicel prepaid customers in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
  • How does this promotion work?
    By simply dialing *134# Digicel customers are able to activate Digicel $2 Talk FREE All Access Local Day Pass. Their prepaid account must carry a minimum balance of US$2. Upon activation, the account will be debited (deducted) US$2. From there, customers will be able to make all their local Digicel to Digicel calls FREE of charge for the rest of the day for 24 hours. Terms and conditions apply.
  • Does FREE after 3 mins still apply with the promotion?
    No. As of August 31, the FREE after 3 minutes promotion was no longer available. In its place, the $2 Local Day Talk FREE promotion now offers customers local Digicel to Digicel calls and unlimited* text messaging for the low cost of $2
  • Does this offer apply when calling a Lime customer?
    No. Calls must be local Digicel-to-Digicel calls. However, text messaging is offered in the promotion to Lime numbers.
  • Can I call anywhere in the world for $2?
    No. This promotion is limited to local Digicel to Digicel calls only. Regular regional and international calling rates apply to destinations outside of the select overseas locations.
  • Are all Digicel Caribbean countries included in this promotion?
    NO. This promotion is only valid for local Digicel to Digicel calls only.
  • Does it matter what time of day I make the call?
    No. The Digicel $2 Local Day Pass promotion is valid any time of day or any day of the week. Customers are able to talk FREE on all of their local Digicel to Digicel calls for 24hours from the time they subscribe to the $2 Day pass. Customers must subscribe for every day that they would like to talk for FREE on the entire Digicel network.
  • What is the fair usage policy for the $2 Local Day pass?
    Customers are limited to 300 minutes during a 24 hour period. If you go outside this 300 minutes, you will be charged regular local calling rates for your Digicel to Digicel calls.
  • How will this apply to postpaid account holders?
    This promotion is not available to postpaid customers; however as a postpaid customer, by purchasing your minutes in bundles you effectively pay less for every call you make.
  • Can Digicel customers share call time or credit, such as Credit U?
    No.
  • Can my $2 Local Day pass be revoked or cancelled?
    Yes, if a customer is found abusing the promotion by breaking the “Fair Usage” policy Digicel reserves the right to revoke your subscription to the $2 Day Free Talk day pass.
