Digicel $3 Regional Daypass is the latest FREE Talk promotion. Digicel prepaid customers are able to call any Digicel Caribbean numbers for FREE for a day (200 minutes included with plan) and receive unlimited* texting (Fair usage of 300 SMS) to any Digicel Caribbean number for only US $3.

This promotion was launched on October 9, 2009.
- How long will this promotion run for?
Digicel $3 Regional Day Pass promotion will end on November 30, 2009. N.B. End date is subject to change (dependent on customer feedback)
- Is this promotion valid to prepaid customers?
Yes, this promotion is only available to all Digicel prepaid customers in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
- How does this promotion work?
- By simply dialing *134# Digicel customers are able to activate Digicel $3 Regional Day Pass.
- Their prepaid account must carry a minimum balance of US$3. Upon activation, the account will be debited (deducted) US$3.
- From there, customers will receive 200 minutes of Digicel to Digicel Caribbean calls FREE of charge for the rest of the day for 24 hours.
- Customers will also receive Unlimited SMS to Digicel Numbers in the destinations listed (Fair usage of 300 SMS).

- How do I check my minutes used in my Regional Daypass plan?
By entering *134*30# customers with a Daypass plan active will receive a message advising on how many minutes have been used and when the plan ends.
- Can I activate another Regional Daypass plan after my current plan ends?
Yes, customers can activate another Daypass plan after their current plan ends.
- Can I have a Regional and Local Day pass plan active at the same time?
YES. Customers can subscribe to a Regional and Local Day pass plan at the same time.
- Can I have a Regional day pass, Local Day pass and $15 for 500 plan active at the same time?
Yes. Customers can subscribe to a Regional Day pass, Local Day pass and $15 for 500 plan all at the same time.
- Are all Digicel Caribbean countries included in this promotion?
NO. Haiti, Antigua, Guyana and Central America are NOT included in this promotion.

No. As of August 31, the FREE after 3 minutes promotion was no longer available. In its place, the $2 Local Day Talk FREE promotion now offers customers local Digicel to Digicel calls and unlimited* text messaging for the low cost of $2. We have also introduced the $3 Regional Daypass offer added value to our customers.
- Does this offer apply when calling a Lime customer in a destination listed?
No. Calls must be to a Digicel number in the countries/destinations listed. Text messaging included is also only to a Digicel number in the countries/destinations listed.
- Can I call anywhere in the world for $3?
No. This promotion is limited to calls to Digicel numbers in the destinations listed. Regular regional and international calling rates apply to destinations outside of the select overseas locations or other mobile/landline companies in the destinations listed.
- Does it matter what time of day I make the call?
No. The Digicel $3 Regional Day Pass promotion is valid any time of day or any day of the week. Customers are able to talk FREE on calls to Digicel numbers in countries included for 24hours from the time they subscribe to the $3 Regional pass. Customers must subscribe for every day that they would like to talk for FREE to Digicel Caribbean subscribers.
- What is the fair usage policy for the $3 Regional Day pass?
Customers are provided with unlimited SMS to the Digicel numbers in the destinations included. The fair usage policy is 300 SMS per 24 hour period.
- How will this apply to postpaid account holders?
This promotion is not available to postpaid customers; however as a postpaid customer, by purchasing your minutes in bundles you effectively pay less for every call you make.
- Can Digicel customers share call time or credit, such as Credit U?
No.
- Can my $3 Regional Day pass be revoked or cancelled?
Yes, if a customer is found abusing the promotion by breaking the “Fair Usage” policy Digicel reserves the right to revoke your subscription to the $3 Regional day pass.
