  1. What is the Haiti 5 after 5 promotion?

?  The promotion gives Digicel customers the opportunity to call Digicel Haiti, pay for the first 5 minutes of the call and get the next 5 minutes on the same call FREE!!

 

  1. Who is this promotion for?

·         The promotion is for Digicel prepaid, dual and postpaid subscribers who call Digicel numbers in Haiti and talk for more than 5 minutes on a call.

 

  1. What is the promotional period?

·          The promotion runs from 12:00:01 AM on Thursday April 22, 2010 through to 11:59:59 PM Friday April 23, 2010.

 

4.   How does the promotion work?
 

·         Call any Digicel number in Haiti and the call will be billed at the regular rate for the first 5 minutes.

·         After the first 5 minutes, the next 5 minutes of the call are free!

·         If a call continues past the free 5 minutes then the next 5 minutes are chargeable and the next 5 are free and so on; charging is cyclic.

Example: See below the cycle for a call to Haiti lasting 30 mins.

5.   Will calls made to local mobile numbers qualify for the promotion to receive Five (5) minutes free after the first Five (5) minutes?

 

·         No. Calls made to other local numbers (including Digicel mobile, other mobile and landline) will be charged at the regular rate for the entire duration of the call.

 

6.   Will the promotion apply while roaming?
 

·         No. Regular roaming charges will apply for the entire duration of the call for calls made while roaming.

·         Promotion only applies to calls made to Digicel numbers in Haiti while within the Turks and Caicos Islands.

 

7.   Are text messages included in the promotion?
 
·         No. The promotion only applies to voice calls.
 
8.   Is there any special dialing format that I need to use in order to take advantage of the promotion if I have a dual account?
 
·         Yes. Customers with dual accounts are required to dial ‘#’ before each number. 
    
9.   If I have a postpaid account with bundled minutes, will I get five free bundled minutes?
 

·         No, customers with bundled minutes will not benefit from the promotion unless the bundled minutes have been exhausted.
