  1. What is the Mother’s Day Promotion?

There are two Mother’s Day promotions featuring a Samsung and Blackberry offer:

 

Samsung Offer:

·         The Samsung Offer gives customers the opportunity to purchase a Samsung E2121 at a reduced price of $59 or a Samsung C3300 at a reduced price of $149. With the purchase of one of the specially reduced handsets, customers receive All Pass access free for one week plus $10 credit.

   

                 Blackberry Offer:

·         The Blackberry offer gives customers the opportunity to purchase a Blackberry 9300 for $399 and get one month free data, five family VIP movie passes to LRaye Cinema and a free phone skin.

  1. What is the promotional period?

·         Promotion begins on Thursday April 28th, 2011 and ends on Friday May 13th, 2011.

 

  1. Who can participate in the Mother’s Day Special Promotion?

·         All new and existing Digicel customers who purchase the selected handset from an authorized Digicel dealer during the promotional period are eligible to receive the promotional offering.

 

  1. How does the Samsung offer work?

·         At the time of purchase of the selected Samsung handsets from an authorized Digicel dealer, customers will be credited with $10 free credit. The All Pass Plan will be activated within 48 hours of   purchase. If the phone was purchased on a Friday or Saturday, the All Pass Plan will be activated the following Monday.

 

  1. What is the All Pass Plan?

·         Digicel All Inclusive Day Pass plan allows customers to make 300 minutes local Digicel calls; 100 minutes Digicel Caribbean (excludes Haiti, Antigua and Guyana); and 30 minutes USA, Canada, and UK fixed lines calls for US $2.50 per day. However, this will be offered to the customer free of charge for one week.

 

  1. Is the Samsung offer available to prepaid and postpaid customers?

·         Yes. The Samsung offer is extended mainly to prepaid customers. However, postpaid customers are eligible to purchase one of the select Samsung handsets at the reduced price. However, postpaid customers are not eligible to receive $10 free credit or free All Pass Plan access for one week.

  1. How does the Blackberry Offer work?

·         At the time of purchase of a Blackberry 9300, customers will receive five family VIP movie passes to LRaye Cinema, a free phone skin and the customers handset will be activate with one months free data service.

 

 

  1. Is the Blackberry offer available to prepaid and postpaid customers?

·         No. The Blackberry offer is extended to postpaid customers only. The Blackberry 9300 is offered to prepaid customers at a price of $499.
