  1. What is the promotional period?

·         Promotion begins on Thursday April 29, 2010 and ends on Monday May 10, 2010.

 

  1. Who can participate in the Mother’s Day Sale Promotion?

·         All new and existing Digicel customers who purchase the selected handset from an authorized Digicel dealer during the promotional period are eligible to receive the promotional offering.

  1. If I bought a Blackberry 8520, how do I find out if I won?

·         Customers selected for the Spa Treatment will be contacted by a Digicel representative by the 11th of May 2010.

 

  1. How will the winners be selected for the Spa Treatment?

·         Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from the pool of entries.

  1. How much free data service does the customer gain with this promotion?

·         Once the customer purchases any one of these handsets, they will receive three (3) months free Data Service – 1st month, 3rd month and 6th month FREE.

 

  1. How much FREE credit can customers receive from this promotion?

·         Customers who purchase any of the Nokia handsets under this Promotion shall receive $20 free credit; postpaid customers get a $20 discount on their 1st month’s subscription fee. 

 

 

  1. How will the customer receive the $20 worth of credit?

·         The $20 credit will be handed to the prepaid customer upon purchasing a Nokia handset mentioned in the promotion or deducted from the postpaid customer’s 1st month subscription fee.

 

 

  1.  What can prepaid customers use the credit for?

·         There is no restriction for the credit; it can be used to make On-Net and Off Net calls, text and all other services.

·         Credit will be added to the MAIN ACCOUNT

 

  1.  Can the Mother’s Day Promotion Credit be transferred via Credit U?

·         YES, the credit will be added to main balance so Credit U is applicable.

 

  1.  How do customers check their credit received from a prepaid account?

·         Prepaid customers will enter *120# to check their balance as normal, as credit will be added to the MAIN ACCOUNT.

 

  1.  Can I use the credit to activate service subscriptions (e.g. Day Pass Plus, Prepaid Blackberry etc).

·         Yes. Credit will be added to the main account, so credit may be used for payment of services, subscription fees, send SMS, MMS, data and/ or to call promotional numbers.
