1. What is the Pay Up-Front Plan?
· The plan provides an option to pay the full cost of a predetermined bundled package with a choice between two handsets, contracted for a period of 6 months.
2. Who can participate in this promotion?
· Any customer who wishes to sign up for a new postpaid account.
3. What will I receive if I sign up for this promotion?
· Access to the Digi-World 160 plan, with 160 bonus on-net minutes + 50 Digi to Digi Texts.

· A choice between two handsets, depending on the subscription paid.

4. What are the requirements to activate the Pay Upfront plan?
· The requirements are the same to activate a regular postpaid account.
5. Will I still be eligible if I am already a postpaid customer?
· Yes, all customers are eligible, but you can ONLY benefit if you are signing up for a NEW Digicel postpaid account.
6. Can I sign up for the plan with an existing prepaid account number?
· No, a new number will have to be assigned.

8. Do I need to make any payments towards the handset?
· No, the handset is free of cost once the Pay Upfront plan is selected.
9. Is a deposit required?
· No, this is a pay upfront plan and the customer is unable to use additional minutes without a top up.
10. Can I make calls outside my bundle?
· Yes, the account is hybrid, so calls can be made once a top up is done.
11. Do my minutes roll over if unused in a given month?
· Yes, the minutes rollover for one month only.
12. If I initially selected Option 1, can I switch to Option 2 during the contract period?
· No, the six months must first elapse, before another plan can be selected.
13. Do I have unlimited blackberry service using Option 2?
· No, blackberry service will be limited to 10MB per month.
14. How do I view my call records? Will I receive a bill?
· Yes, bills will be sent using the E-bill service only.
15. How long is my contract?
· The contract is valid for six months, pending renewal.
16. What happens at the end of the six month contract?
· The customer has two options;
Ø The plan may be renewed at a reduced rate.
Ø Account may be transferred to any existing postpaid offer.
17. Can I opt out of my contract before six months?
· No, as there will be no refund after activation.
18. How do I reactivate the plan at the end of the period?
· A reminder text will be sent on the 5th of the month prior to expiration of the plan. Simply send in the short code to renew.
