  1. What is Postpaid Rewards?

?  Postpaid Rewards provides all Digicel Postpaid customers with the opportunity to pay their bills on or before the due date (22nd of each month) and in full for a chance to win $1,000 and $3,000 valued prizes.

 

  1. How does the promotion work?

?  Each time a customer pays their bill on or before the due date (22nd of each month) and in full, they are automatically entered for a chance to win. $1,000 at the end of each month (eight (8) months) and $3,000 valued prizes at the end of each quarter of the promotional period.

                                           i.    The eight months include April, May, July, August, October and November 2010

                                          ii.    Each four quarters of the promotional period includes June, September and December 2010 and March 2011.

 

  1. Am I eligible to enter the promotion as a prepaid customer?

?  NO.

 

  1. Who is eligible to enter this promotion?

?  Digicel TCI Postpaid customers only.

 

  1. How do I enter the promotion?

  1. What is the cost to enter?

?  There is no cost to enter the promotion.

 

  1. What is the promotional period?

?  The promotion begins from April 2010 to March 2011.

 

  1. When and how will the winners be selected?

?  A winner will be randomly selected by Digicel each month.

 

  1. How often can I win?

?  If you’re that lucky, you can win once a month (12 times).

 

  1. How will I know if I have won?

?  If you are a winner you will be contacted via a phone call by a representative from Digicel.

 

  1. What if I was called, but I missed the call?

?  In order to win the prize you are required speak to the Digicel representative.

?  If the call is unanswered then the attempt has failed. A failed attempt includes calls that are unanswered, calls that go to the voicemail or if the phone is turned off.

?  If the attempts fail, then another potential winner is selected.

 

  1. If I was contacted and won where do I collect the prize?

?  You will be required to collect your prize at the Digicel Head office located in Providenciales.

  1. If I was contacted and have won, how long do I have to collect my prize?

?  You are required to collect your prize within thirty (30) days of being contacted.

 

  1. What do I need in order to claim the prize?

?  You are required to take with you the following items

                                          i.    A photo ID (passport, driver’s license or national insurance card)

                                        ii.    The phone with the SIM card for the winning number that was topped-up.

 

  1. Am I allowed to enter if I am under 18 years of age?

?  No. Persons under 18 years are NOT allowed to enter.

 

  1. Are Digicel Staff members allowed to participate?

?  No. Digicel Staff members nor their immediate family members are allowed to participate in the promotion.

 

  1. What are the terms and conditions?

?  Digicel terms and conditions apply and the company abides by the laws of the government of TCI as listed below.

Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

The Digicel Postpsid Rewards Promotion terms and conditions (“these terms and conditions”) shall govern the relationship between Digicel (TCI) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" "our" and "the Company") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your" and "the Customer") of the Company’s Postpaid Rewards Plan (hereafter referred to as “Postpaid Rewards”).

By participating in the Postpaid Rewards Plan, you have agreed to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend or unilaterally change the Postpaid Rewards Plan and/or these terms and conditions subject to notifying you of such amendments or changes. Such notification may be by way of advertisement in the national media, SMS text messaging and/or our website. If you sign up for the Postpaid Rewards Plan after notice of any amendment or change, then you shall be deemed to have accepted same.

The Postpaid Rewards Plan is available for participation as of April 2010.

This agreement is governed by the Laws of the Turks & Caicos Islands.
 

2. Promotion Description

Postpaid Rewards provides you, the customer with the  opportunity to pay your bills on or before the due date (22nd of each month) and in full ($0.00 balance remaining) for a chance to win $1,000 each time at the end of each month for eight (8) months and $3,000 valued prizes at the end of each  quarter of the promotional period.

The eight months include April, May, July, August, October and November 2010 and each four quarters include June, September and December 2010 and March 2011.

The promotion is available to Digicel TCI Postpaid customers only and while the promotion lasts.
