$5 for 30 DR Minutes

• How does the $5 for 30 product work?
  When a Digicel customer signs up for the product by typing *137# and accepting the confirmation, US$5 will be deducted from the subscriber’s balance. Once signed up, the customer will be able to make up to 30 minutes of calls to Dominican Republic telephone subscribers. The 30 minutes are only valid for one (1) day from the date of signing up.
• When will the product be available?
  This product will be available from Thursday November 12, 2009 in the Turks & Caicos Islands.
• How long will this product be available for?
  Digicel has not advertised an end date for this promotion. Customers will be advised of any changes to the product.
• Does this offer apply when calling a LIME or Islandcom customer?
  No. The 30 minutes are only valid on calls to Dominican Republic telephone subscribers in the Dominican Republic.
• Does the 30 minutes roll over?
  No. The 30 minutes are only valid for one (1) day. Any unused minutes will expire after this time.
• What happens after the 30 minutes are used up or expires?
  After the 30 minutes are used up or expires, the customer will pay the regular prepaid rates.
• Can a customer sign up for a product more than once?
  A customer can only sign up for the product again if all minutes from a previous one has been used up or expired.
• If my minutes expire before the one (1) day period after activating the plan, will I be able to sign up again before one (1) day has ended?
  No. The one (1) day period must expire before you are able to activate the plan again.
• Does it matter what time of day I make the call?
  No. The $5 for 30 product is valid on calls to the Dominican Republic any time of day or week.

  Customers can get more information by visiting www.digiceltci.com or by dialing 100 from their Digicel phones. Alternatively, visit any of Digicel's dealer stores country wide.
• If I am roaming will I be able to use my 30 minutes?
  No, if you are roaming, regular roaming rates will apply for all incoming and outgoing calls. You will have to be in the Turks & Caicos Islands to avail of this promotion.
• Will these bundle minutes include text messaging?
  No, this promotion is for making calls.
