Thank you for choosing digiSELECT, the value for money contract service from Digicel in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

Your digiSELECT key ring contains your personal SIM card which, for your convenience, has already been inserted into your phone. Your SIM card contains all your account information and gives you the freedom to enjoy many of our unique GSM features.

Getting Started

·         First you need to charge your mobile phone battery.

·         When charging your phone for the first time, it is recommended that you charge the battery overnight. The subsequent 2 or 3 charges should be done overnight also. The new battery’s full performance is only achieved after 2 or 3 complete charge and discharge cycles.

·         You will find your charger in your digiSELECT pack.

·         Your default PIN is 0000, which needed if you would like to activate your PIN 1 and is used as a GSM security feature.

·         Also included on you SIM card are your PIN 2, your PUK 1 and your PUK 2. These may be needed for additional services to be announced in the future. This is a GSM security feature and ensures nobody else can use your phone without your permission.

·         To set up your voicemail dial 123 from your mobile. To access your voicemail from a Digicel mobile you should also dial 123 at any time. To access voicemail from any other phone, dial 1-649-331-0000

·         When activating your voicemail for the first time, your default password will be 0000 – than follow the prompts to set your own personalized password.

·         To contact Customer Care, simply dial 100 from your mobile, or from a landline dial 1-649-331-DIGI (3444) toll free, or 1-649-332-3328 (standard rates apply to this number). While roaming overseas, you cannot use 100 to contact Customer Care.

·         It is important that you read and familiarize yourself with the mobile phone manual for additional information. This way, you can maximize the benefits and services that come with your Digicel GSM service.
